8. Government policies and approval - most of what I mention covers what the government ministry will demand for but that is no problem you keep operating and years after you can start working on its approval. But if you have the finance, it’s good to do it at once.
9. Good Relationship with parent, teacher community and visitors, so that name of the school can be a house hold name in the neighborhood.
10. Choose a good name for the school which has bearing with what you do or your principles.
11. Be available always or get someone to be on ground.
12. Make publicities around the area, you can visit people in the neighborhood keeping them abreast of the new development in their area.
13. Do your finding with school around and place your price on tuition, uniform cardigan books sports, French class, music class, club activities etc
14. Finally, you smile to the bank as people come in for enquiries pick up your bills, and later comes to register their children and wards
